I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® daylight is an application-specific improvement of our base product I-S-T SOLAR FLEX®. It has considerably better properties for light guidance. Quite it is designed in the same way.
The head profile, motors, I-S-T winding mechanism, textile parts and the I-S-T board-system for steam diffusion- and gas diffusion-free current lead through inside the IGU are proven a ten-thousand times. So we use them in our daylight guiding system I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® daylight too.

Conventional insulating glasses have a permanent function, which you have to specify during purchase. These functions can be thermal insulation, sun protection, noise protection and many others.
The I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® installation kit can be integrated into all 2 and 3 pane insulating glasses. By integration of I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® into the insulating glass you get in addition an active function.
Due to the variable and adaptable slats of I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® we´re able to setup optimal conditions inside of the building according to the weather and radiation conditions outside. The insulating glass with integrated blind I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® is able to keep the heat inside of the building and helps herewith to save the valuable energy.
I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® offers in addition shading and light control as well as sight and power protection in a single system.

Product description
The venetian blind is installed within the head of the insulation glass (space 27mm, 29mm or 32 mm). Therefore it is unaffected by the environment and maintenance free (no cleaning required). Subsequently damages to the venetian blind (internal or external) are impossible.
Lifting, lowering, turning and placement of the slats is done by a 24 volt feed drive which is supplied with electricity from a transformer, battery, rechargeable battery or solar cell. The connection to the blind inside of the insulating glass (minimal thickness 6mm) is solved by I-S-T circuit board system through the sealing. This system ensures an absolutely water vapour and gas diffusion-free power transition from outside to inside.
The standard installation of the blind is convex profiled. Upon request they can also be produced with a concave profile (concave profiles are mostly used in the upper third section of the window for light directing purposes).
All available slats for I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® are made of highly flexible aluminium. They are available in 3 standard colours. The non-reflective coating from inside is available for all standard colours. We´re also able to deliver slats in many special colours.
Common available glass types with different permanent functions can be combined with I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® inside of the insulating glass individually.
The insulating glass with I-S-T SOLAR FLEX® can be installed into all common wooden, plastic, light metal or steel window profiles.
Of course are our systems proven according to the guideline VE-07/2 for shading systems inside of insulating glass.

Our product I-S-T ISO LIGHT is equivalent of its type since most of our product I-S-T ISO FIX®. However, it is optimized for the application of the daylight directing in the vertical facade area. Product description
The light-directing system I-S-T ISO LIGHT consists of the slats and a specially developed carrier system made of aluminium. This carrier system is customized according to requirements. The optimum angle of the blades is calculated by a simulation program that takes into account the location of the object, the sun trajectory on the site, the geographical orientation of the building, and the nature of the facade and the premises.
I-S-T ISO LIGHT is permanently integrated in the insulating glass spacer system. As a result, the lamellae are completely maintenance free and resistant to weathering. Gene damage by external impact of the slats is excluded.
The slats of I-S-T ISO LIGHT are made of a highly flexible aluminium alloy. There are slats in various widths. You are in our standard colours, it obtainable. On special request, the blades can be manufactured in all RAL colours. In the selection of the slats should be noted that the mode of action of I-S-T ISO LIGHT reflection value dependent of the selected slat.
All commercially available glass types with different functions are combined with permanent I-S-T ISO LIGHT in insulating glass with 2 or 3 slices of individually combined. However, this local regulation, the TRAV and TRLV are observed.
I-S-T ISO LIGHT can be manufactured in all forms for model panes.
Active glass with I-S-T ISO LIGHT can all facade systems, as well as all the usual window profiles, be built from timber, plastic, aluminium or steel.

The pleats are aluminium steamed or nacre coated. They are available in many colours and patterns. The fabrics and foils of I-S-T ISO PLISSEE reflect most of the sun light, allowing only parts of the radiation into the room, generating a comfortable workplace illumination.
The cavity between the insulation glass panes (minimum thickness of the glass is 6 mm) in which the Plisse is housed, is hermetically sealed off from the exterior by a patented circuit board connection.
It is possible to combine of a variety of glass types (as required). I-S-T ISO PLISSEE can be installed into virtually any kind of frame (timber, aluminium, PVC, etc.)

Product description
The venetian blind is mounted on a fixed frame within the insulating glass (24, 27, 29 or 32 mm). The venetian blinds are therefore protected from climatic influences and absolutely maintenance free. Damage or dirtiness from the outside or inside is impossible.
I-S-T ISO FIX® is designed for installation into pitched roofs and can therefore be utilised in almost all roof angles and similar applications.
The aluminium slats are anodized or powder coated and come in four standard colours. Upon request I-S-T ISO FIX® can also be fitted with various RAL coloured slats.
Through the special shape of the slats and their angle setting most of the heat is reflected and only a portion of the daylight is permitted into the interior. However, I-S-T ISO FIX® is hardly recognizable from down below. Various glass types in any conceivable combination are available.
I-S-T ISO FIX® can be installed in almost any type of frame (timber, aluminium, PVC, etc.).
